PROJECT Jingle BELLS
For over 20 years we have been collecting and distributing Christmas gifts for less fortunate children in Placentia. Please join us again this year as we continue our giving tradition. November 18th thru December 10th we will be collecting new clothing, toys and gifts. Our office Christmas tree has ornaments with the names of children in need this holiday season. Please select an ornament and bring an age appropriate gift valued at $25 or under to the office. Gifts may be wrapped and will go directly to the child identified on the ornament. In order to ensure each child receives a gift, please let the girls at the front desk know which child you will be shopping for this holiday season. We will deliver all the gifts to Colette's Children's Home on December 11, 2010.
In Exchange for your donation, you will receive you choice of either:
1) a Chiropractic treatment at 50% off your usual office payment
or
2) a gift car for a free examination and x-rays (if needed) for a family member or friend.
You can use your selection anytime during the month of December or January (60 day limit).
